We have a Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid) Franchise and Contract in Family Law. We were one of the founding members of the Solicitors Property Shop in the North East.






The legal firm was established in 1976 by Les Bindman, who specialises in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate. Les was joined in 2002 by Michael Puech, who specialises in Family Law, Personal Injury and Employment.

In 1999, the firm opened a dedicated Estate Agency at its Whickham office, and now the Estate Agency has a Property Manager/Valuer and a team of experienced negotiators, together with a choice of self employed Independent Financial Advisers.
